The trust

The Barn is owned and operated by a charitable trust, Registered Charity No. 235328. The Trust is affiliated to the FOY Society, http://www.ukunitarians.org.uk/foy/ which is part of the Unitarian General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches, https://www.unitarian.org.uk/ .

The Flagg Trust exists to support Unitarian principles that:

*  Everyone has the right to seek truth and meaning for themselves.

*  The fundamental tools for doing this are your life experiences, your reflections upon it, your intuitive understanding and the promoting of your own conscience.

*  The best setting for this is a community that welcomes you for who you are, complete with your beliefs, doubts and questions.

*  In the spirit of civil and religious liberty, equality of respect and opportunity is for everyone.

It also exists to support the village of Flagg and to encourage people, especially children and young people, to enjoy being outdoors and in the countryside.
