Accessibility: There are steep steps to the 1st floor

Caravans / Motorhomes: There is tight turning onto the camping field with a dip which prevents access by larger vehicles.

Please also be aware of a raised manhole cover opposite the entrance to the Barn on your left if you are driving onto the field.

Arrival Times: Any time after 4pm, earlier by arrangement

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Bedding

Pound coins for the electricity meter (Up to £10 per day)

Fuel fo the multifuel stove

Departure Times: By 10.30 am.

Dogs: Well behaved dogs welcome. Please be aware there are usually farm animals in adjacent fields

Electric hookup: None. There is electricity in the Barn though

Wifi: None. You may also struggle to get a mobile signal in the village

BBQ / Open fires: Yes

Shops: Closest shop is the petrol station/mini market on the A515 on the way into Buxton (about 5 miles). Supermarkets in Buxton/Bakewell/Ashbourne

Fireworks / Chinese Lanterns: Please do not let off either as they will scare the farm animals

Parking: If you hire the Barn only there is parking for 5 cars just beyond the Barn on the right
